Conducting regular quality reviews and coordinating departmental and campus-level follow-ups.

Compiling, auditing, and analysing data for regular monthly monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reports and supporting annual evaluations.

Managing stakeholder feedback through surveys, reviews, and structured evaluation tools.

Auditing incoming academic and operational data, validating statistics, and triangulating information from credible sources for strategic review.

Analysing and visualising performance data through dashboards, summaries, and executive reports; maintaining a robust, data-driven, evidence-based approach to support audits, regulatory compliance, decision-making, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
